Go For a Run..

Go for a run.
The run won’t solve the world’s problems.
The run won’t end racism and ignorance.
The run won’t help legislate common sense laws.
But the run will make you stronger.
That’s a good thing.
Because even though a run can’t do any of those things… a runner can.
